Con Game (2004)

Overview : President Fujimori's government is on its way out, and the citizens of Peru are struggling to get by, often engaging in unscrupulous means to get ahead--or just to make a buck. Rafo is a struggling filmmaker who supports his girlfriend Laura. He encounters a Spanish con artist posing as an executive for a major phone company, the Spaniard draws Rafo into an elaborate scam.
